Mr. Brian K. Sidella – Owner and President
After 25 years in Corporate America, Brian K. Sidella, decided it was time he followed the dream of owning his own business. After more than 16 months of evaluating the MedSpa Industry, he and wife Diana Santa Maria, a successful Personal Injury/Medical Malpractice attorney (www.santamarialaw.net), decided to open Forever Young MedSpa in their hometown of Cooper City, Florida. Intent on putting Cooper City on the map for having the best MedSpa in South Florida, they established the following four goals and embarked on plans to turn this dream into reality. 
1) Forever Young MedSpa would be set up to offer only the latest, most effective, FDA approved non surgical cosmetic enhancement procedures and treatments.
2) Forever Young MedSpa would employ only a well-respected, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon as Medical Director. Doing so would allow them to offer clients who wished to take their cosmetic enhancement procedures to the next level, a complimentary surgical consultation by a competent physician already familiar with their personal goals.
3) Forever Young MedSpa would recruit only certified medical practitioners and Aestheticians who shared their commitment to delivering world class medical treatments in a Spa environment.
4) Most of all, Forever Young MedSpa would gain the loyalty of their clients by consistently delivering the Forever Young “Difference”. In short, making each customer’s visit the most pleasant and satisfying they have ever experienced when getting cosmetic procedures performed.
Toward that end, Brian spent 16 months evaluating various Franchisors and Industry Consultants as well as meeting with nearly 100 Plastic Surgeons, Dermatologist, and MedSpa owners. He has attended dozens of Medical Aesthetic Seminars and countless vendor demonstrations all over the country to select the safest, most technologically advanced and effective equipment available on the market today.
Medical Director - Dr. Siddharth Bass
Dr. Siddarth Bass is one of South Florida’s busiest and most accomplished Cosmetic Surgeons. His specialties include Breast Augmentations (both Saline and Silicone), Breast Lifts with Augmentation, Tummy Tucks, Liposuction, Vaser Liposuction and Blepharoplasty.
Dr. Bass has built his reputation as one of South Florida’s finest Cosmetic Surgeons by concentrating his practice on just a few areas of specialty. Dr. Bass has performed more than 2,500 Breast, Tummy Tuck & Body Contouring Surgeries in just the past 4 years. Patients from all over the world travel to South Florida for his outstanding surgical skills and now he’s available to patients at Forever Young MedSpa.
Dr. Siddarth Bass earned his undergraduate in Biological Sciences & Masters in Arts & Sciences for Human Understanding and Medicine from the University of Chicago. He then attended Rush Medical College also in Chicago and graduated as a doctor of medicine in 1990.
From there Dr. Bass began his dual residencies at Rush Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center in General Surgery and Anesthesia from 1991-1994. Dr. Bass began his Plastic Surgery Residency at the University of South Florida under the tutelage of world renowned Plastic Surgeon Dr. Thomas J. Krizek in 1995 and finished in 1998. Dr. Bass has been honored and nationally recognized for his research contributions and has authored numerous articles and book chapters. Dr. Bass also completed Fellowships in Craniofacial Surgery at Miami Children’s Hospital with Dr. Anthony Wolfe & Cleft Palate surgery at University of Miami Jackson Memorial Hospital with Dr. D Ralph Millard.

Lisa DaSilva – Paramedical Aesthetician
Lisandra (Lisa) DaSilva is a dedicated and multi-lingual (English, Spanish & Portuguese) Esthetician with over 7 years of practical experience in a spa setting. In addition to the 300 hours of training in anatomy, physiology, chemistry, skin care and pathology required for her to obtain an Aesthetician's license, Lisa completed anadditional 800 hours of advanced training to earn an Associate of Science  Degree in Natural Health with concentration in Paramedical Skin Care.
This degree distinguishes Lisa as a Paramedical Esthetician qualified to work in a clinical setting with patients whose skin or appearance has been affected by trauma or medical procedure.
During the advanced paramedical program Lisa's training included: understanding of various skin types and conditions; skin analysis and treatment; clinical dermatology; dermal oncology; pre and post operative skin-care treatments; and nutrition.
In addition she learned how to perform advanced skin care and rejuvenation treatments such as medical peels, specialty masks, micro-dermabrasion and the use of light therapy to affect a variety of skin disorders.
Having received extensive training on the pharmaceutical grade ingredients that make up Forever Young's men's and women's lines of Cosmeceuticals, Lisa is qualified to prescribe skin-care maintenance programs guaranteed to keep her clients' skin in optimal condition.
Last but not least, Lisa performed over 1,200 VelaSmooth body contouring and cellulite reduction treatments in 2006 and is now certified on the next generation system called the VelaShape. If you’re looking to sculpt certain areas of your body or reduce cellulite Lisa knows what works. A firm believer in integrative medicine, which links a patient's health with their feelings about themselves, Lisa says her greatest reward comes from being able to positively impact her clients' lives by addressing their skin care and wellness needs.
Karina Melo – Aesthetician, Extreme Lash & Eyebrow Threading Artist
Licensed Medical Esthetician, Extreme Lash Specialist & Eyebrow Threading Artist, Karina came to Forever Young MedSpa with over eight years experience as a Medical Aesthetician trained in Medical Skin Care and is certified on all our Facials, Masks, Chemical Peels, Wraps, VelaShape & Zerona and soon will be certifed in Laser Hair Removal.
Fully bilingual her expertise does not stop there... Karina is also certifed in "Extreme Lash" the finest individual eyelash extensions in the industry, eyebrow threading & eyebrow tinting. She is also certified on all Forever Young MedSpa's facials, peels, wraps, Vibraderm, VelaShape, Zerona and soon will also be licensed for laser hair removal.

Sandra Villacres - Certified Aesthetician and Laser Technician
Sandra comes to Forever Young MedSpa from The Laser Lounge in Pembroke Pines.
Sandra is a Bilingual, Certified Esthetician and Laser Technician – CCE – CME by the Board of Medicine, with an extensive experience with medical skin rejuvenation and Laser Hair Removal on all skin types.
She brings over 10 years of practice in Medical Spa & Plastic Surgery offices performing skin and laser treatments with excellent results for her patients.
Sandra is certified on the Vibraderm, Cynosure Elite Laser, Syneron EMax Laser, Syneron Comet Laser, VelaSmooth, Velashape, Vi Peel, Vitalize Peel, Jessner Peels and DNA live stem cell facials.
Sandra believes that her greatest reward comes from being able to help her patients feel more confident with their appearance and looks forward to seeing patients old and new at Forever Young MedSpa
Angie Ramirez – Patient Experience Manager
Angie is a highly organized self-starter with a passion for health, wellness and beauty. Her diverse professional background and exceptional customer relation skills lend themselves perfectly to her position as the Patient Experience Manager for Forever Young MedSpa.
Serving as the Spa's primary customer relations liaison, Angie has received extensive training on all Forever Young products and service offerings. Fluent in English & Spanish, Angie enthusiastically answers questions and educates patients on the various procedures offered on our comprehensive treatment menu. In addition to arranging your initial consultation, Angie will be your point of contact for scheduling future procedures and follow-up appointments.
An experienced Beauty Consultant, Angie is also well-qualified to introduce patrons to Forever Young's "Perfect Ending" mineral makeup kit and all our Medical Grade results driven Cosmeceuticals.
Angie is committed to providing the accurate information you need about the procedures you're interested in before arranging your initial consultation.
